GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

1.- PARTIES AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

On the one hand, the product supplier, ANIMAL SALUT, with registered address at C/ OLESA 67, 08027, Barcelona, customer service telephone 933407404, and e-mail: info@animalsalut.com, as owner of the website animalsalut.com, provides this contractual document governing the purchase of products through the above website.

On the other hand, the User – Customer (hereinafter, the User), registered on the website using a username and password, for which the User is fully responsible in terms of use and safekeeping, and also responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the provider.

BOTH PARTIES ACCEPT this document, which means that the user:

1.- Has read, understood, and accepts the content.

2.- Is of legal age and has sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.

3.- Undertakes to comply with all obligations set out herein.

4.- Has read and accepts these general purchase conditions from the moment they acquire any product offered.

Users may print and save this document.

The provider makes the e-mail address info@animalsalut.com available to Users for any questions regarding these terms.

These terms will remain in force indefinitely and will apply to all purchases made through the provider’s website.

The provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these General Terms, without affecting goods or promotions purchased prior to the amendment, with the aim of improving the products offered. In any event, these general terms should be reviewed before placing an order.

Users are advised to keep a copy of any data stored on the purchased products.

ANIMAL SALUT is not liable for any loss of data, files, or damage resulting from a backup error where the User has failed to create backup copies of data stored on purchased products, such as memory cards.

ANIMAL SALUT is not responsible for any consequences arising from improper use of products sold on the website.

The civil liability of ANIMAL SALUT for supplied products is limited to the amount paid for them. The user waives any claim of liability against the provider on any grounds in the event of dissatisfaction with products purchased on animalsalut.com, as well as for potential failures, slowness, or access errors on the website, including any loss of data or information that may exist on the user’s computer or network used to access it.

ANIMAL SALUT specializes in distance selling of veterinary products. ANIMAL SALUT sells its products remotely via the Internet through its website and/or by telephone. ANIMAL SALUT has/ does not have any /the physical shop at Calle Olesa, 67, 08027 Barcelona for the sale of products.

 

2.- PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT:

2.1 Scope: This contract governs the sales relationship between the provider and the user from the moment the user accepts these purchase terms during the online checkout process by ticking the corresponding box. These GTC will apply from the date the order is placed.

This sales relationship involves delivering a specific product in exchange for a defined price publicly displayed on the website.

2.2 Territory: The animalsalut.com online store operates throughout Spain.

2.3 Capacity to contract: To place an order, you must be of legal age and have legal capacity to contract.

2.4 Customer acceptance: Order validation through animalsalut.com is confirmed by e-mail and also entails automatic acceptance of these GTC. These terms are available on animalsalut.com or, if you prefer and request it, we can send them by e-mail.

2.5. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions: ANIMAL SALUT reserves the right to introduce changes and/or amendments to these GTC. We recommend that customers review them regularly. If changes are introduced after an order has been placed, the terms in force on the order date will apply.

 

3.- INFORMATION PROVIDED ON animalsalut.com:

3.1 Price publication: Exceptionally, product prices shown on our website may be displayed incorrectly and show a lower amount than applicable. If this occurs and we have confirmed your order, we will contact you immediately to issue a new confirmation with the correct price. If the correct price is higher, you may cancel the order and we will refund any amount already paid.

3.2 Product information: Information contained in our advertising, brochures, other written material, on our website, or provided by our agents or employees is an invitation to purchase. It does not constitute a binding offer of supply on our part.

The content on animalsalut.com is updated continuously to provide the most complete and detailed information possible. For this reason, provisional data may occasionally appear for certain products. If the information provided does not match the product’s characteristics, the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase at no cost.

All contractual information available on the website is shown in Spanish (Castilian), and communications with customers and users, as well as the execution of the contract, will be carried out in that language. However, if the customer wishes, it may be carried out in another language provided this is indicated before starting the contracting process.

3.3 Product availability: There may be times when it is impossible to supply all products due to lack of stock or unavailability at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will contact you so you can choose one of the following options:

a) choose an alternative product with similar characteristics to the one to be replaced;

b) receive availability information, should you prefer to wait until it is back in stock.

If you decline our proposals, the part of the order relating to those products will be cancelled and any amount paid will be refunded.

3.4 Right to cancel: ANIMAL SALUT reserves the right to cancel shipment of a specific product that does not meet the quality requirements demanded for all products on animalsalut.com. If such a quality issue is detected, ANIMAL SALUT Customer Service will propose a replacement product and, if you are not interested, the cost of the product will be refunded.

3.5 Orders 24h, every day of the year: The order reception service is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, three hundred sixty-five (365) days a year. However, orders placed after nineteen (19) hours will not be processed until the next business day in Barcelona. Orders received over the weekend will be processed first thing on the following Monday or the next business day.

3.6 Fraud: If ANIMAL SALUT suspects or detects any anomaly or fraud, it reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.

 

4.- PURCHASE PROCESS:

To access the products offered by the provider, the user must register on the website by creating a user account. To do so, the user must freely and voluntarily provide the requested personal data, which will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (RGPD) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December (LOPD) on personal data protection, and Royal Decree 1720/2007 implementing the LOPD, as detailed in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy of this website.

The user will choose a username and password and undertakes to use them diligently, not to share them with third parties, and to notify the provider of any loss or theft, or any possible access by an unauthorized third party, so the provider can immediately block them.

The user may not choose, as a username, words intended to mislead others by impersonating a member of the provider, nor offensive expressions or, in general, anything contrary to the law or to moral standards and good customs.

Once the account has been created, and in accordance with art. 27 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the contracting process will follow these steps:

1.- Select the product by clicking it, and it will be automatically added to the “shopping cart”.

2.- If you wish to add more products, select “Continue shopping”. If you added an item by mistake, click the option to remove it from the cart. The cart will show the items, quantity, price, and total amount. Once all products have been selected, taxes, charges, and discounts will be calculated according to the payment and shipping details entered.

3.- Once the product(s) has/have been selected, click the checkout tab to place the order. You will then see the purchase confirmation (order summary, your details, and the selected payment method).

4.- User registration will be required to complete the purchase (registration is free), via a data collection form (where you must accept the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice (and link them)). Once completed, you will receive a registration confirmation e-mail at the address provided. If you are already registered, you can access your details by clicking the already-registered user button.

Please check your spam or junk folder and always verify that the contact details you provide are correct.

5.- Once registered, an observations screen will appear where you can indicate a preferred delivery time slot. There will also be a checkbox you must tick, as it confirms acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

6.- To complete the process, click the Finish button.

In any case, once the contracting process has been completed, the provider’s platform will inform the user by e-mail of the product’s characteristics, price, transport options, contract date, and estimated delivery date.

If there is any error in the address provided or any other part of the order, you must notify us immediately by e-mail at the address shown on the website so it can be corrected.

For any questions, you can contact our Customer Service through any of the channels available on animalsalut.com.

ANIMAL SALUT provides Customer Service FREE OF CHARGE via our contact e-mail info@animalsalut.com. If you choose another alternative channel, the user must bear the corresponding cost.

ANIMAL SALUT also provides telephone numbers in Spain, subject to your operator’s charges.

GUEST CHECKOUT

This website also allows purchases as a guest. In that case, only the essential details needed to process the order will be requested. Once the purchase process is complete, you will be offered the option to register as a user or continue as an unregistered user.

 

5.- SHIPPING:

Shipments will be handled by NACEX, whose Customer Service phone number is 900 100 000. Shipping costs will be applied as follows:

Delivery time is usually between 15 business days, depending on the destination and the selected payment method. This time frame applies provided product availability has been confirmed and full payment of the order has been verified.

The provider assumes no liability where delivery of the product or service cannot be completed because the data provided by the user is false, inaccurate, or incomplete.

Delivery will be deemed completed when the carrier has made the products available to the user and the user, or an authorized person, has signed the delivery receipt.

The User is responsible for checking the products upon receipt and recording on the delivery document any reservations or claims that may be justified.

If the contract does not involve physical delivery of any product and the product is downloaded directly from the website, the provider will inform the user in advance of the download procedure.

 

6.- PRICES AND OFFER VALIDITY:

All prices shown in the animalsalut.com store include VAT applicable at the time of purchase. All prices displayed on the website are valid except for typographical errors or stock shortages and, in any case, will be expressed in euros (€). Unless expressly stated otherwise, these amounts do not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance, or any other additional or ancillary service to the purchased product or service. (VALUE ADDED TAX: In accordance with article 68 of Law 37/1992 of 28 December on Value Added Tax, supplies of products or services will be deemed located within the Spanish VAT territory if the delivery address is in Spanish territory excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the legally effective rate at any given time under the relevant article. For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, supplies will be VAT exempt under article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of any applicable taxes and duties under the regulations in force in each territory.)

Payment to the provider will result in an invoice issued in the name of the registered user. The invoice will be automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the user and will also be included with the purchased product.

The prices applicable to each product are those published on the website and will be applied automatically at the final stage of the contracting process. The customer acknowledges that the economic value of some products may vary in real time. In any case, users will be informed in advance.

For limited-time promotions, the discount will apply provided the order is registered within the promotional period.

The records generated by the different payment methods constitute proof of the date on which financial transactions were carried out and will be used to determine whether the order is subject to a promotion.

For any information about the order, the User may contact the PROVIDER’s Customer Service phone number or the e-mail address provided.

 

7.- PAYMENT METHODS:

The available methods are as follows:

7.1 Payment by credit or debit card: The user must have a valid credit or debit card and enter all digits of the card number in the corresponding form. The transaction is completed when the order is placed. Only Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted (or specify which can be used). Only secure card payments are accepted, with cardholder authentication as required by the user’s bank, through secure e-commerce (“Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard SecureCode”). The order cannot be processed until the payment has been authorized by the user’s bank.

The SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) system is used, a secure payment environment that encrypts information transmitted during the transaction and ensures confidentiality.

7.2 Cash on delivery: Payment is made upon delivery. When the carrier delivers the parcel, you must have the order amount ready to pay; otherwise, the recipient will have to travel to collect the order from the carrier, including after 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts at the address provided. Delivery will only be made to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

7.3 Bank transfer or deposit: After completing the order, the user will receive instructions with the account number to make payment. It is essential to clearly indicate the assigned order number and the user’s name on the transfer instruction. To confirm the order, the transfer must be made within 7 days; otherwise, it will be cancelled in our system.

7.4 PayPal or other platforms: Once the purchase is completed, if this payment method is chosen, you will be redirected to PayPal’s official website to complete payment. Once payment is successfully made, the order will be confirmed and an e-mail with the purchase summary will be sent. By clicking the “Back to website” button, you will return to the website to view and print the order. PayPal has its own privacy policies and ANIMAL SALUT assumes no responsibility for them.

 

8.- ORDER DELIVERY:

8.1 Shipping address: Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the user. Therefore, the provider assumes no liability if delivery cannot be completed because the data provided is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, or if delivery cannot be made due to causes beyond the assigned carrier, such as the recipient being absent.

Delivery will be made during standard business hours.

Without prejudice to the above, the provider has adopted the measures expected of a diligent merchant to ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe, and therefore no liability may be attributed to it.

Shipments are only made to destinations in Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

ANIMAL SALUT will use all reasonable means to ensure the order is delivered within the timeframe indicated on our website as of the date the order confirmation is issued.

8.2 Delivery times: are those indicated on each product page. If products are not available at the time of purchase, our Customer Service may inform you about availability and the delivery timeframe.

If you have ordered several products in one order, please note that they may have different availability dates and you may therefore receive them on different dates. If any item is unavailable at the time of shipment, you have the right to cancel the order at any time before shipment by contacting our Customer Service at info@animalsalut.com and stating the order number.

8.3 Shipping confirmation: When the order is handed over to the carrier, we will send a shipping confirmation to the e-mail address provided when placing the order. The confirmation will include a tracking number so you can track the shipment via the carrier’s website.

8.4 Delivery damage: Products are delivered in secure packaging. If, at the time of delivery, there is clear and visible evidence, without tampering with either the shipping packaging or the product packaging, that the product has transport damage or there is an error in the received goods, the customer must record this on the proof of delivery signed with the carrier and immediately contact our Customer Service line 674312850 or e-mail info@animalsalut.com within 24h of receipt, so we can process the return of the affected products and replace them with items in optimal condition or refund the amount paid, as you indicate by e-mail.

A proof of delivery with no notes about damage is deemed to mean the packaging was in perfect condition. Likewise, if damage is discovered after opening the parcel and the outer packaging was in perfect condition, the customer has 24h from receipt to contact our Customer Service line 674312850 or e-mail info@animalsalut.com. After 24h from delivery, damage claims will not be accepted.

 

9.- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

9.1 Right of withdrawal: The User has 14 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product, to return it (art. 71 Law 3/2014 of 27 March). If you are not satisfied with the product or any product in the order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by completing the form attached to these terms, including the order number (to obtain a refund of the amount for the product(s) within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days following receipt) and your contact details. Except where the return is due to product defects, return shipping costs will be borne by the USER. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

We will provide you with a return number and the procedure instructions. You must send the request by e-mail to info@animalsalut.com or by post, always within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. Once this period has elapsed, you may only request a return or exchange for technical reasons covered by the product warranty.

You must return the product with all elements included at delivery, without damage or wear marks, and with no signs of improper use or use beyond its intended nature, to the address we provide.

Returning it in the original packaging is recommended; if this is not possible, the product’s value will be reduced. The customer is responsible for packaging and protecting the products they send, as well as the shipping costs.

Provided the products are returned within 14 calendar days, without damage or wear, and meeting the requirements of this section, and using the provided return number, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Please remember that, in any case, the return shipment must include:

– The provided return number

– Order number

– Purchase date and date the withdrawal right is exercised

Additional information (optional):

– Reason for return

– Any information you consider necessary or helpful to process the return

9.2 Return of a defective product: The user must inform ANIMAL SALUT of the lack of conformity within two months from when they became aware of it. If the product is defective from origin, you must e-mail info@animalsalut.com with the order number and an explanation of the reason for return. Our Customer Service will contact you by e-mail or phone and will explain how to proceed with shipping the defective product and will provide a return number.

The product(s) must be returned to the address we provide, with all elements included at delivery, in perfect condition, without damage or marks indicating improper use or use beyond its intended nature.

Once the defective product has been received and verified to meet these requirements, and it is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will contact you to arrange repair, replacement, a price reduction, or contract termination. In all cases, the related costs will be borne by ANIMAL SALUT.

9.3 Return of a non-defective product: Where the product has no defects and the return is due to misunderstanding or incorrect use, ANIMAL SALUT will contact you to explain the steps to recover the product.

Shipping costs arising from the return of a product without defects will be borne by the customer, and ANIMAL SALUT will not reship anything until payment of the transport costs has been received in advance. If ANIMAL SALUT verifies that the returned product is damaged due to misuse or inadequate protection during shipping, this may lead to warranty cancellation or a reduction in the product’s value.

9.4 Return due to an order error by ANIMAL SALUT: If the product does not match what was ordered due to an error attributable to the company, the user must notify us by e-mail as soon as possible; ANIMAL SALUT will bear the costs of collecting the wrongly sent product and delivering the correct one.

9.5 Inspection of returns: Inspection and verification of returned products will be carried out by ANIMAL SALUT, which, once the products arrive at its warehouse, will verify that they meet all requirements set out in section 9.1. Failure to comply may lead to warranty cancellation or a reduction in the product’s value.

If any element is missing, the product will be returned to your address with a note indicating what is missing.

9.6 The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

1.- If the product is not returned in perfect condition.

2.- If the packaging is not original or is not in perfect condition. The original packaging must protect the product so it is received in optimal condition, and it is forbidden to use seals or adhesive tape applied directly to the product.

3.- When the product has been opened and it cannot be proven that it has not been used.

4.- For software applications downloaded directly through the portal.

5.- For personalized products or products that, for hygiene reasons or other legally предусмотренные exceptions, are not subject to this right.

 

10.- REFUNDS:

10.1 Refund of return shipping costs: If you request reimbursement of return shipping costs, you must send the products by standard mail (ordinary letter). Responsibility for shipping lies exclusively with the carrier or contracted service. Extra costs for express delivery services will be borne by the customer.

10.2 Refund due to return: In the event of a return, amounts paid will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. ANIMAL SALUT will not refund any amount or reship any item until receipt and the condition of the packaging and accessories of the returned/exchanged product have been verified at our warehouse.

10.3 Refund timeframe: the refund will be issued within 15 business days from receipt and verification of the shipment conditions. The maximum period to make payment is one month. To process the refund, you must provide the following details:

– return number

– invoice and order number

– IBAN + the 20 digits of your bank account.

10.4 ANIMAL SALUT will deny a refund if:

– the products are used or damaged, or use has gone beyond their intended nature.

– any element of the product is missing.

 

11.- APPLICABLE WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICES:

11.1 Warranty: All products offered through the website are entirely original, unless otherwise stated in the description.

All products carry a 2-year warranty period, in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in Law 3/2014 of 27 March, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, except in exceptional cases where the duration may be different.

If consumer goods warranty regulations (23/2003 of 10 July) require the product to be sent to the manufacturer to manage the warranty, the ANIMAL SALUT team will inform you how to proceed by e-mail or phone. In such cases, ANIMAL SALUT is not responsible for how the manufacturer processes the warranty claim.

1.- Unless proven otherwise, products will be deemed to conform to the contract provided they meet all of the following requirements, except where, due to the circumstances, any requirement is not applicable:

2.- a) They match the description provided by ANIMAL SALUT.

3.- b) They are fit for the normal purposes of products of the same type.

4.- c) They are fit for any specific purpose required by the customer, where the customer informed ANIMAL SALUT at the time of contracting and the provider accepted that the product was suitable for that purpose.

5.- d) They show the quality and performance reasonably expected of a product of the same type, taking into account its nature and, where applicable, the descriptions of specific features provided by ANIMAL SALUT.

6.- e) ANIMAL SALUT provides product details, technical features, and photographs supplied by the manufacturer, and is therefore not bound by those public statements.

7.- Lack of conformity arising from incorrect installation will be treated as lack of conformity of the product where installation is included in the sales contract and was carried out by ANIMAL SALUT or under its responsibility, or by the USER where defective installation is due to an error in the installation instructions.

8.- No liability shall arise for lack of conformity that the User knew about or could not reasonably have been unaware of at the time of contracting, or that originates from materials supplied by the User.

11.2 Defective products: In the event of a defective product, ANIMAL SALUT must proceed with repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract (as applicable), all of which will be free of charge for the user. ANIMAL SALUT is liable for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery, provided the user informs ANIMAL SALUT of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

11.3 Warranty voidance scenarios: The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

– Damage caused by adaptations, adjustments, or modifications made to a product without a written agreement with the manufacturer,

– Costs relating to maintenance, repair, or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear,

– Breakdowns and deterioration of accessories,

– Damage caused by improper use, misuse, failure to follow use and maintenance instructions, or incorrect installation,

– Damage caused by non-authorized persons or by the user,

– Damage caused by accidents, lightning, floods, fires, or any other cause not attributable to the manufacturer,

– Damage caused by failure of the system into which the product may be integrated,

– If the product model or serial number has been altered,

– Use of the product outside the private and family scope, for example intensive professional use, or

– Products already repaired by repair services not associated with ANIMAL SALUT.

11.4 Replacement of an unrepairable product: If the product is considered unrepairable or the repair cost is disproportionate compared to its value, it will be replaced with an identical product. If that is not possible, we will offer a product with identical or superior characteristics.

Replacing the product will bring the sales contract and any warranty extensions to an end, since the new product will be covered by a new contract as it constitutes a new purchase.

 

12.- ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION)

In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free-access platform for online dispute resolution between the USER and the PROVIDER, without the need to go to court, through the intervention of a third party, called a Dispute Resolution Body, acting as an intermediary between both parties. This body is neutral and will engage with both parties to reach an agreement, and may ultimately suggest and/or impose a solution to the dispute. 13.- INVALIDITY AND INEFFECTIVENESS OF CLAUSES:

If any clause included in these General Terms is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect the provision or the part that is null or ineffective, and the rest of the General Terms will remain in force. The affected provision, or the relevant part, will be deemed not included.

 

14.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law where not expressly provided otherwise. The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute arising from the provision of products or services covered by these Terms to the Courts and Tribunals of the provider’s domicile (if a legal entity) or the user’s domicile (if a natural person).

If the user’s domicile is outside Spain, the provider and the user expressly waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain).

16.- Legal terms for the “Sorteo Panera de Navidad Animal Salut 2025”

16.1. Organizer

The organizer of this promotion is Animal Salut, with a veterinary center located at C/ Olesa 67, 08027 Barcelona (hereinafter, “Animal Salut”).

16.2. Scope and duration

16.2.1. The draw will take place exclusively at the clinic and physical store of Animal Salut at the address indicated.

16.2.2. The participation period will run from 15 December 2025 to 19 December 2025, both dates inclusive.

16.2.3. The prize draw will be held on 20 December 2025.

16.3. Participation requirements

16.3.1. Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 or over who make a purchase at the Animal Salut clinic or physical store during the participation period.

16.3.2. To qualify, the total amount on the receipt must be 35 € or more.

16.3.3. Only purchases of the following will be considered valid:

– Store

– Grooming

– Veterinary services provided at the center

Home visits/services and online purchases are excluded.

16.3.4. Animal Salut staff and their immediate family members may be excluded at the organizer’s discretion.

16.4. How to participate

16.4.1. Each purchase of 35 € or more made during the participation period entitles the customer to one entry in the draw.

16.4.2. To register the entry, after making the purchase the customer must:

– Scan the QR code available at the clinic, or access the link provided by reception staff.

– Complete the online form enabled for this purpose, providing at least:

– First and last name

– Contact phone and/or e-mail

Receipt number

16.4.3. If the customer cannot or does not know how to use the QR code, clinic staff can assist and complete the form on their behalf using the link available on the reception computer.

16.4.4. Each receipt may only be used once to enter. However, the same person may enter with multiple different receipts, provided they meet the stated requirements.

16.4.5. Each entry is subject to subsequent verification that the receipt meets the draw conditions (issue date within the promotional period and minimum amount of 35 €). If these conditions are not met or the receipt cannot be verified, the entry will be deemed invalid.

16.5. Prize

16.5.1. The prize is a Christmas hamper for a pet, consisting of various products for dogs or cats (for example, a bed, toys, snacks, and other similar items).

16.5.2. The approximate value of the prize is 80 €.

16.5.3. The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or for other products or services.

16.6. Winner selection

16.6.1. After the participation period ends, Animal Salut will compile a list of all valid entries collected through the online form, assigning a sequential number to each.

16.6.2. On 20/12/2025, the organizer will select the winner using a random number generation system, based on the range of numbers assigned to valid entries.

16.6.3. The resulting number will correspond to the potential winner. The organizer will then verify that the receipt stated in the form:

– Relates to a purchase issued between 15 and 19 December 2025 (both inclusive), and

– Has a minimum amount of 35 €.

16.6.4. If the receipt does not meet these requirements, cannot be verified, or the entry is invalid for any reason, the entry will be cancelled and the random selection procedure will be repeated until a valid winner is obtained.

16.7. Notification and prize collection

16.7.1. Once the winner is validated, Animal Salut will contact them using the phone number or e-mail provided in the form.

16.7.2. The winner must collect the hamper in person at the veterinary center at C/ Olesa 67, 08027 Barcelona, during normal opening hours.

16.7.3. The deadline to collect the prize is 31 December 2025 inclusive.

16.7.4. The winner understands and accepts that failure to collect the hamper within this deadline means they forfeit the right to the prize, and the organizer may dispose of it freely without any obligation to provide compensation.

16.7.5. At the time of collection, the winner may be asked to present the original receipt and an identification document.

16.7.6. The organizer may take a photo of the winner (or their pet with the hamper), provided they authorize it, for possible publication on Animal Salut social media and channels.

16.8. Data protection

16.8.1. Personal data provided by participants will be processed by Animal Salut solely to manage participation in the draw, select the winner, and contact them if they win.
