Do you have a question about your pet’s health or care and are unsure what to do next? At Animal Salut, you can speak with a vet from home by video call or phone. Tell us what is happening with your dog, cat or other pet and, if helpful, send us photos or reports so we can review the available information.

 

Online consultations are for non-urgent matters that can be discussed remotely. If your pet needs a physical examination or tests, we will advise you to book an in-person appointment.

Service details:

The consultation takes place by video call or phone and lasts up to 20 minutes. You can attach photos or reports related to your enquiry. This service is not for emergencies and does not replace an in-person examination when one is needed.
DATA CONTROLLER: ANIMAL SALUT
PURPOSE: Respond to inquiries and / or provide information required by the user.
LEGITIMATION: Consent of the interested party for both purposes.
ASSIGNMENTS: No transfers are foreseen, except by legal obligation or judicial requirement.
