Veterinary home visits

Animal Salut offers veterinary home visits mainly in Barcelonès, Garraf, Alt Penedès and nearby areas. We come to your home to care for your pet in familiar surroundings and make the visit more convenient for you.

If you live outside these areas, contact us so we can check whether a visit is possible.

Less stress

Many pets feel calmer during a visit in familiar surroundings.

More convenient for you

We come to your home, so you do not have to bring your pet to the centre.

Personal care

We assess your pet’s needs and guide you towards the most appropriate care.

Our approach

Our aim is to combine the convenience of a home visit with personal, professional veterinary care. Many consultations and procedures, such as vaccinations, microchipping and blood tests, can be carried out at home depending on your pet’s needs.

• A visit in familiar surroundings may help reduce the stress associated with travel and time spent at a veterinary clinic.
• There is no need to travel to the centre, which can be especially helpful for older pets, households with several animals or people with limited mobility.
• We can see your pet’s environment and better understand aspects of their daily life.
• We can give you and your pet personal attention and take time to answer your questions.

If your pet needs a test or treatment that cannot be provided at home, such as an X-ray or surgery, we will guide you towards our veterinary centre or an appropriate referral centre.
